Today Aspen Parx (The dashing Beau Brummell) graduated from UVogue Modeling Institute. It was a very rewarding experience and I received the best schooling in SL modeling possible. I want to thank my teachers Sariella Aston, Rumour Market and Gemini Hennesy for all there help and support.
UVogue Graduation!
September 30, 2009King For A Day!
September 26, 2009Sometimes it’s nice to be a King for the day. That’s what I was, wearing two new outfits designed for King For Men by designer Kerem Lunt. The first outfit was a nice cardigan sweater in the wine color called Bordeaux, matched with a nice pair of demin gray pants. The second outfit was a Black Sweats outfit with matching black cargo pants. Both fit very well and had nice textures. Both can be found at King For Men!

It’s Always Summer Somewhere!
September 20, 2009I never get tired of wearing a good pair of swim trunks, like these Blue retro from designer Shinichi Mathy of Shiki. These swim trunks are designed and made to detail. He has just launched his fall design, so make sure to check it out. I couldn’t help but matching it up with one of Ivy Maverick’s newest shapes. She calls this one “Loner” (Surfer Boy) and Ivy says it’s her favorite male shape.

The Fall Feast!
September 20, 2009The leaves are turning there bright colors now that fall is near. Even in SL you can catch a glimpse of Fall and the changing colors. Today IMAGE Agency had their Fall Feast Show showcasing Amanda Bolero’s Collection. I have been to quite a few shows lately, but this show was really special with the beautiful set designs. Blackliquid Tokyoska and Ethan Haalan put on the perfect show with an Autumn theme. Several weeks in the making this show showcased some beautiful models wearing gorgeous outfits. I even managed to see my dear old friend Wipster Baxter modeling among the beautiful leaves.
A Costa Rican Sunset!
September 14, 2009
Few weeks back Hollee and I shared a lovely evening on Cocos Island in lovely Costa Rica. The island is actually just like the real one. As you can see we danced as the sunset melted into the water, casting a beauitful glow. The music was wonderful as the Saxy Jazz Lady Coda Cazalet played some beautiful jazz music. Its was a wonderful evening that we shared together in Sl. If you haven’t visited the Costa Rica sim you should do so it’s truly amazing.
The Dynamic Duo!
September 14, 2009A SUPERelite Graduation Day!
September 12, 2009
Today was a special day for my partner and wife Hollee Zhora. As all SL models you remember your first graduation from modeling school. Most of us have been through a few of them and most have gone to a friend or family members graduation. But to the models walking the runway for the first time it is mind-boggling to say the least. Today was Hollee’s day to walk the runway for the first time as a SuperElite Graduate. Today was special because we get to share something together in SL. BTW did I mention she was Fabulous!
The Mr. Costa Rica Contest Paved The Way!
September 11, 2009Good Morning! Last February, I had the opportunity to be a part of the first Mr. Costa Rica Contest. This was the first time I had ever been on a stage much less walked on one. There were lots of things to learn, since I had never been to modeling school. The contest and final results made me realize that there was so much more to being a model then just dressing up in ones finest and strutting around. It had a lot to do with the right poses…the right shape and the best skin available. I did however manage to receive the title Mr. Photogenic! The picture on the right is my official photo that won me the title. The photo was taken by Charissa Lane and she did a fabulous job.
Welcome back this Thursday Sept. 10, 2009
September 10, 2009Hello! Today I’m going to talk a little about myself and my life on the grid. I came to Second Life May 21, 2008 upon the request of my partner and RL wife Hollee Zhora. Upon arriving in Sl, I had the advantage because Hollee had paved the easy road for me. I remember all thoughs nights she stayed up pass daybreak learning how to survive in SL. Although she made it easy for Aspen, I still had to learn a lot of things on my own. My modeling life didn’t take hold until I entered the Mr. Costa Rica Contest in March 2009. It was after the contest and the let down of not knowing enough about modeling and the runway that I decided to jump into the modeling world. It was after my first modeling class at Evane (Mimmi Boa) that I knew this was what I wanted to do in SL. Shortly after entering my first modeling school I came up with the idea of a male avatar group (Beau Brummells) to help other male avatars on how to dress and look your best in SL. It is with that desire that I have moved forward to learn as much as I can about the male avatar. although I have been lucky enough to learn alot I still feel the importance to learn all there is to know about shapes, skins and hair…more later!
